Bounced Emails

Occasionally, when filling out a new supplier justification (NSJ), the requestor will accidentally enter an incorrect email address. Once the system recognizes that the email address has bounced, Graphite Connect will generate a "bounced email" task for the requestor. The system will also send an email notification notifying the requestor. 

Once the requestor has fixed the email address, they can mark the task as complete.
