Graphite's Support Structure is designed to address your questions and concerns based on the impact and nature of your issue.

First, assess the scope of the issue.  How many users are affected?

  • Individual user: Send an email to Graphite Support 
  • Multiple users: Send an email to Graphite Support and copy your Customer Success Manager

Graphite Support: For supplier-facing interactions and assistance with basic usage of Graphite. For overall training needs, your internal teams should take the lead with Graphite Support available for supplementary assistance.

Integrations Support: For addressing issues with the integration between Graphite and your ERP. 

Customer Success Manager: Handles configuration change requests, workflow improvements, and other strategic items in addition to helping the Graphite Support team with escalations as needed.
