When can a Supplier's Country of Registration be changed?

Under normal circumstances, a supplier can never change their country of registration.  If a supplier has a business need to change their country of registration, the supplier profile administrator must contact Graphite Support. 

A supplier's country of registration can only be changed if both of the following criteria apply:

  • The supplier is not yet connected to any customers, AND...
  • The supplier accidentally selected the wrong country of registration during onboarding

If a supplier needs to change their country of registration after connecting to a customer due to a organizational change, they must be onboarded as though they were a net new supplier. Their old profile will also be deactivated.
