AI Extract is Graphite’s latest module, leveraging AI document queries to automatically populate responses inside Graphite on NSJs or supplier onboarding questions.
Graphite leverages an AI model to examine documents and then extract specific data points out of those documents that can be autopopulated into existing supplier profile fields or can be used to summarize documents, asking for specific points of interest.
AI in action: How to make the most of AI Extract
If you’re interested in adding this module onto your Graphite subscription, reach out to your Technical Account Manager or Sales Team member to discuss pricing and implementation.
Example: Contracts
Contract data extraction can include items like start dates, end dates, renewal terms, payment terms and other important data points. When conducting renewals, this can be used to kick off renegotiation tasks or to compare a new contract presented vs. the old contract and to examine for any changes.
Example: SOC 2 Documents
SOC 2 documents can be easily summarized for understanding of new risk flags. The AI model can specify language or risk exceptions that are of particular interest to your organization.
Example: Statements of Work
Prices for work, as well as specific products or services, can be extracted from an SOW, along with any SLAs or rates for service hours. This can be especially helpful when leveraging supplier performance or negotiating contracts/confirming invoice details.

It is a specific prompt customized to extract the data most important to you and can be adjusted by working with your Technical Account Manager.
