How to Manage Your Bank Accounts in Graphite

  • Updated

With the April 2025 Graphite product release, suppliers can manage multiple bank accounts easily within their Graphite account, similar to a digital wallet.

Since suppliers actively manage multiple connections to Graphite customers, this allows different bank accounts used in different geographies or business units to be connected, disconnected or updated from mulitple customers simultaneously.

For example, if a bank account has been compromised and an update is needed for security, it can now be easily deleted from Graphite or disconnected from Connections.

Suppliers need to have Banking Admin permissions in order to access this feature.

How to Disconnect a Bank Account

To disconnect a bank account, simply visit the Supplier Profile page and click on "Sales, Order and Payment". Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, where the Bank Account(s) are listed.

To disconnect, first be sure to check if that bank account has been connected to another customer. If you delete the bank account, it will be disconnected for all customers. You will see a list of bank accounts and be able to see each customer that is connected to the account by clicking into it and slecting "Disconnect".

How to Update a Bank Account

If you update an existing bank account, pay special attention to any connections who are listed there. The new banking details will be shared with each connection tied to that account. If you only wish to share these new details with one customer who is already connected, disconnect the customer first and create a new bank account so your other customers are not impacted.
