The Tasks Page serves as your central hub for managing productivity and staying aligned with your team. Whether you are an end-user organizing your daily workflow or a support team member troubleshooting a specific task, this guide breaks down the interface to help you maximize efficiency.
The page is intuitively organized into three distinct sections: Task Organization (Left), Discovery & Filtering (Top), and the Action Workspace (Main).
The Left Panel: Task Grouping & Ownership
The left panel is designed to help you define whose tasks you are looking at. It provides a high-level view of task distribution across your organization.
By Task Owner: View lists organized by individual team members to see who is handling what.
Company tasks: Toggle to see every task associated with your company for a macro-level perspective.
Connection Tasks: Group tasks based on specific connections.
The Top Panel: Advanced Filtering & Search
When your task list grows, the top panel provides the necessary tools to find exactly what you need in seconds.
Search Bar: Use keywords to locate specific tasks by title or description.
Quick Filters: Immediately sort your view by Topic, Task Owner, Connection Stage, or Task State (e.g., Open, Overdue, etc.).
The "All Filters" Drawer: For more granular control, click "All Filters." This opens a side drawer featuring extended criteria and the option to save filters
Here you can create a specific combination of filters and save them for future use, allowing you to return to a custom "view" with a single click.
The Main Panel: Your Action Workspace
The main panel is where the work happens. This area displays your pending tasks in a clear, actionable format.
Task List: View all tasks that meet your current filter criteria.
View Preferences: Customize your workspace by selecting exactly which columns are visible (e.g., Priority, Status, or Last Updates). This ensures you only see the data points relevant to your role.
Data Export: Need to report on your progress? Use the Export Results button to download your current task list into a format suitable for external reporting or spreadsheets. (Only the users with the "Export" permission have access to this feature).
