This article explains how to manually create a Contract Request associated with a particular supplier.
The Contract Request will be sent as a Task to your company's assigned Contracts topic owners. If your company does not have designated Contracts topic owners, your company Administrators will be notified of the Contract Request instead.
Create a New Contract Request
1. Open the supplier connection profile.
2. In the left-hand menu, click "More Actions" and select the internal task "Add Contract Request".
3. The Contract Request window appears. From here you can designate whether the request is being raised on behalf of yourself by selecting "Yes", or select "No" to designate that you are raising the request on behalf of someone else.
4. Complete the Request details and click "Save".
The contract request has been sent to your company's Contracts Topic Owners for review and follow-up. If your company does not have designated Contracts Topic Owners, your company Administrators will be notified instead.
