An invitation to a new connection can be canceled (deleted) anytime prior to the invitation being accepted.
Deleting an invitation removes all information in the connection record. If an invitation needs to be resent in the future, a new request form must be filled out.
Automatic cancelation
Graphite Connect automatically cancels invitations that have not been accepted by the supplier for > 90 days. This includes invitations that were sent to the supplier but not started and invitations where the supplier has started the response but has not submitted it for review.

The cadence of this auto-cancelation and the description can be modified at your description. Please work with your Implementation Manager or Technical Account Manager to make these adjustments.
Ad-hoc cancelation
Invitations can be canceled (deleted) at your discretion prior to the 90-day auto-cancelation. Only the original requester and Admins can cancel invitations ad hoc.
- Login to Graphite Connect.
- Search for the connection to be deleted.
- Click on the connection to open the record.
- In the left-hand navigation menu, click on "More Actions".
- Select Delete Invitation.
- Enter the disconnect reason.
